Swing Wave RS used

A versatile parakite for alpine flying with RAST and a reflex profile, 52 cells, from 2.7 kg, carrying the philosophy of the MIRAGE series and blending speedwing agility with parakite range. RAST and the reflex profile give rock-solid stability and control: on pressure loss the CORE section holds relative pressure while the BUFFER absorbs energy by deforming, and RAST stiffens the construction so some reinforcements can be reduced or replaced. Nitinol reinforcement backs the sharp 52-cell profile, which stores energy and releases it with precision for proximity flying. Compared to the MIRAGE 2 RS, which is steep, technical and trick-focused, the WAVE RS is the flow-trail wing: faster, flatter, rhythmic lines with a focus on style. Details include Dyneema webbing, hybrid risers with Fidlocks, and 3D-printed brake handles. It's for experienced pilots: sizes 10 and 11.5 suit skilled speedflying and parakite pilots wanting a reactive, fast wing, while 13 and 15 suit pilots entering parakites or moving down from larger ones. Alpine flying close to the ground in thermal and turbulent air stays high-risk, so know your local weather and terrain and plan launches carefully.
