About Swing Libra RS
LIBRA RS: an EN-C 2-liner, the semi-light, easier-to-fly version of the SPHERA RS. Aspect ratio 6.9, canopy from 3.7 kg. RAST is set forward at 35% of the profile depth, where it doubles as a third tension band, and puts about two-thirds of the air mass behind the wall in steady flight, so it drops the check valves and their weight without losing stability. In a collapse the wall delays full deflation, giving less altitude loss, faster reopening, less stall tendency and better brake control. The Core section fills quickly for easier, safer launches in difficult terrain or marginal wind. Split A-riser for easy big ears, and a separately suspended BIII run-through so the outer wing stays stable on bar and the rear-riser pitch control works well through a dismountable T-bar. Nitinol-reinforced shark nose and top/bottom stiffeners hold profile shape even after imperfect packing. For experienced XC and adventure pilots who want 2-liner performance with EN-C safety.
