Drift Hawk, L, 2024, (95-119kg), 75h

For sale: DRIFT Hawk, size L (95–119 kg), in a distinctive colour scheme with a blue bird on a white background and a red leading edge.
The Hawk is a lively but still reassuring wing for pilots who want to progress toward longer cross-country flights. It works very well for ridge soaring, but its handling and performance quickly encourage you to head out on proper XC flights or even vol-biv adventures.
The wing was manufactured in 06/2024. I am the first and only owner and have flown approximately 75 hours on it over two seasons. All flights are documented on XContest.
The wing is in excellent condition, which is also confirmed by a recent inspection with an overall rating of 1–2 on a scale from 1 to 5, valid until 18 August 2028.
Measured porosity:
- upper surface / leading edge / centre: 350+ s
- wingtip: 350+ s
- rear section: 350+ s
The wing has one small professionally repaired patch.
I can send the complete inspection report, including measured line lengths, electronically to a serious buyer. The wing has not been flown since the inspection.
The wing has also been used for SIV training, but it has never been used for acro or any other extreme manoeuvres. I have always treated the wing carefully. It has never been in water or on sand.

Reason for sale
I am moving to the higher-performance Merlin from the same manufacturer. I have been very happy with the Hawk and am staying with the DRIFT brand.
DRIFT has since merged with SKY Paragliders, while service support for previously manufactured wings remains available. The latest inspection was carried out by Stanislav Klikar, with handover of the wing in Brno.
This is definitely a wing that stands out in the air — both in terms of performance and appearance.
