BGD Cure, S, 2016, (60-80kg), 130h

Description

Selling because I have no longer desire to fly XC.

This glider is a favourite for good XC pilots wanting to brake personal bests, if you’re not able to this wing will do it for you. Although there is a Cure 2 nothing compares to the first Cure. This Cure is best suited for good pilots already flying a C wing or stepping down from a D wing or those who just fly coastal. The Cure 2 does not have the same handling it’s more passive in nature.

Condition is great although it has six small repairs from one eagle attach, 5 very tiny holes and one no more than 3cm/1.5” honestly it’s hard to find and not noticeable. Performance just as good as ever, I’m still getting to the top of the stack and better when in thermals. I recently changed the brake lines.
It’s a solid wing when using rear risers, little to no tip collapses in rough air.

Here is a very recent video of me on the Cure - using a mini Paramotor 9 km to mountain then finding thermals with motor off. Before heading back to home base.

I’ve done 2 flights like that using the Cure this year with no other use. As you can see it’s still does a wonderful job. It’s a good buy and I’m sure you’ll be happy with the condition for the price as it is under valued.

Live video or photo to follow if genuinely interested please ask.
