About BGD Base 3
Sports-intermediate high-B. Performance is up on the predecessor without any increase in aspect ratio. Comes out of the BGD Performance Quest project that gave the DIVA 2, and shares the family look: high arc, short lines, tapered shape, raked wingtips. Like the LYNX 2 it's a 2.5-liner, running unsheathed micro-lines, and the rear-riser steering gives a real two-liner feel. Good pitch stability and very low surge tendency, but still talkative and full of feedback. New for BGD: winglets that help it exit steep spirals, plus excellent glide.
