Niviuk Hook 6

The Niviuk Hook 6 is the sixth generation of Niviuk's low-B progression wing — 47 cells, 5.3 flat aspect ratio, six sizes covering 55–135 kg, EN/LTF B across the lineup. Built around intuitive, forgiving handling for pilots stepping out of school and into thermal and early XC flying, while keeping the Hook line's easy character. Notably light for its class — only 4.2 kg in size 22.

The new internal structure uses a redesigned slot distribution to spread loads more evenly through the wing while letting Niviuk drop sail weight. Riser construction is updated: reinforced Kevlar risers that are lighter and stronger than before, with the webbing reduced from 21 mm to 12 mm — a small drag saving on top of the structural gain. Sail uses Dokdo 40 g/m² on the leading edge and Dokdo 36 g/m² across the rest of the canopy — light without obvious durability cost. The wing is solid across the whole speed range, with easy progressive inflation that takes off cleanly from any reasonable terrain, and a long brake travel that gives full control on landing. Niviuk's usual technology applies: optimised arc, Nitinol rods in the profile, new brake pulley, and the careful finishing the brand is known for. Riser layout is A-A'/B/C with split A risers for big-ear control. Available in four standard colourways (Neon, Tekno, Spicy, Matrix) with optional custom colours and logos at extra cost.
