Ava newest generation 2018
Why must you have the newest generation?
The older generation is unstable, to difficult for Heli learning. It is way to heavy. Safety issue premature riser release all fixed in this newest gen and doesn’t have these problems. In my opinion best on the market still today.
Unlike Supair Ava doesn’t include the cutaway canopy. - You can get a suitable 2ndhand reserve canopy for round $399USD However you can also just use it with your own reserve whilst looking.
1 seasons use in good condition. No water landings. It’s in excellent condition the color red is not as bright as in photo. Also a little slide mark on bottom, caused by bum slide.
Fits a standard size pilot (eg.180cm) not too tall not too short 5.5’ to 5.10” but please take a look at specs on Ava website. (I am 5’1” wasn’t ideal)

Integrated new generation - 1 x cutaway system for Base canopy, underseat reserve system pockets for 1 and or 2 reserves. (Fly with any combination)
Selling because it’s too big for me. I’m needing a custom made one. This harness has a very high comfort factor for long flights eg. “organya” including back support when your ready for tumbles.
Here’s a Video of this harness and testing the cutaway system.
Note that I am too short at 5’1” (154cm) which is why I couldn’t release the brakes fully on the base canopy. (it does not come with a base canopy)

I have had one emergency base deployment “totally twisted and tumbling with increasing G forces - pulled the base, within a second I was out of trouble and sitting comfortable under the Base what an amazing feeling! It worked a charm and was a fun way to come down. I love this setup. Hope to find it a good home so I can get a custom made one for my size.
Updated 5.3.2023 - hasn’t been used since. When enquiring please add city so I can work out postage.
