Harness looked good, but had scratches from hard landings, a damaged €160 protector and signs of improper washing—none disclosed. Seller refused return, offered €60 and accused me of swapping the protector. Safety issue. Contact me for more info.
When you received the harness, you confirmed everything was fine. Four days later, you started making unfounded complaints. It seems your actual goal was to swap parts from your old identical harness or get a partial refund for a new protector PLUS my protector. I will not tolerate false accusations or fraudulent returns.

A very relaxed and trustworthy person. We got along wonderfully throughout the whole process. Even though the shipping cost turned out to be higher than expected, I initially covered the extra amount because I believed that was the correct cost. However, when the parcel was opened, the buyer kindly and voluntarily offered to split the difference and transferred me their share without me even asking. A genuinely fair, honest, and considerate person. I would happily deal with them again. Highly recommended!
