Advance Lightness 4

The Advance Lightness 4 is the fourth generation of Advance's all-round XC pod harness — three sizes covering 155–200 cm pilot height, weights from 3.25 to 3.58 kg, EN & NfL certified to 120 kg max load. Built around a redesigned 3D-fitted seat shell, easier speedbag handling, a moderate rear fairing for aerodynamics and a dedicated LIGHTPACK DLS rucksack that ships included.

Comfort comes from three changes working together: 3D body scans drove the new seat shell shape, the pilot's body sits slightly more forward in the harness for better back support, and supportive back foam adds a cushioning effect. The included windshield reduces wind chill and noise on cold or long flights. The new moderate-sized rear fairing gives improved aerodynamics and noticeably better longitudinal stability without being intrusive on take-off or in flight. The Closure Remember System (CRS) was revised: fewer steps to close the speedbag, anodised red buckles for clearer pre-flight checks, and a layout designed to make it harder to forget closing the main strap. Storage is up significantly over the Lightness 3 — 22.5 L in the back (35% more), 6.5 L under the seat, and a new 8 L space in the speedbag nose. Cockpit uses magnetic fasteners for in-flight access, with a removable panel for mounting electronics, and ships with a windshield and hook knife. The LIGHTPACK DLS rucksack (620 g for the 81 L S, 640 g for the 91 L M/L) is matched to the harness — ergonomic shoulder straps, padded back, low weight.
