Woody Valley Race

The Woody Valley Race is an ultralight hike & fly harness derived from the Race Pro that Aaron Durogati and other Woody Valley athletes fly in serious hike & fly competitions. Four sizes covering pilot heights from under 170 cm to over 184 cm, total weights from 1.78 kg in size S, EN-LTF certified (PH_422.2023). Aaron Durogati and other pilots provided extended testing feedback during development.

Pilots can choose between two new-generation back protectors: a semi-rigid (PRS) protector at 150–190 g per size with EN certification, or a new-generation inflatable (IPE) protector at 190–195 g with EN-LTF certification — the difference is small in weight but significant in deployment behaviour. The new stabilising system (89 g) is included separately, so weight-counting pilots can run without it for absolute minimum-weight missions. Both Get-Up leg straps now open via buckles for quick on/off, and the rescue container sits under the seat with a side handle (3600–5600 cm³ in M). Construction details: replaceable leg cover via zipper, included three-step speed bar (40 g), cockpit with pockets (48 g), separate mesh pockets (16 g each), and an integrated Recco rescue reflector for emergency location.
