ION 7 Light: an EN/LTF-B all-rounder based on the MENTOR 7 XC wing, built with NOVA's new design software. High stability with a top speed that usually sits in high-end B wings, plus good glide and an easy speed bar. Descent options are all there, big ears, B-line stall and spiral. Long brake travel to the stall point makes an accidental stall very unlikely, and the direct handling makes SAT, wingovers, stalls and helicopters accessible for early acro. New Rod Loops cut seams and feed the Air Scoop, Mid Cell Links firm up the leading edge for accelerated flight. Collapse behaviour is gentle, with little turn and little height loss on asymmetrics. 12mm Kevlar risers with Ronstan pulleys and Fidlock brake magnets, with an optional XC Riser for better pitch control. For enthusiastic beginners through to advanced pilots wanting XC, hike & fly and acro in one.
