Sup'Air Strike 2

The Sup'Air Strike 2 is the second generation of Supair's ultralight hike & fly pod — direct descendant of the Strike X-Alps 2019 race harness. From 1947 g (M) up to ~2400 g depending on configuration, available in BUMP (foam protector) or AIR (inflatable protector) versions, with the AIR version saving 65 g and significant pack volume over the BUMP. Aimed at hike & fly racers, vol-biv pilots, and weight-conscious XC pilots.

Closure system is unusually direct: harness opens completely and closes via two points connecting straight to the glider carabiners — no extra loops to manage, fewer ways to get the rigging wrong. New geometry compared to Strike 1 transmits glider feedback to the pilot more precisely, with sensitivity tuneable via the belly-band distance. Designed to be flown with Dyneema connections, with fixed legstraps like the X-Alps athlete's harness — competition pilots can run it strap-on like a climbing harness rather than sitting into it. A removable comfort plate adds long-flight comfort for non-race use. Speedbag attachment geometry positions the legs naturally, without forcing them up. The seated-with-bent-knees mode lets pilots stay manoeuvrable and comfortable for tight mountain landings or turbulence. Take-off run is easy thanks to the light legstrap region. Speed bar, repair kit, and rescue risers ship as standard.
