Skywalk Tonic 2

The Skywalk Tonic 2 is a compact 33-cell mini-wing platform with short span and short lines — three sizes (XS, S, M), 4.33 flat aspect ratio, EN/LTF certified across both B and C bands depending on size and loading. Sub-2.4 kg in XS with Dyneema risers (regular risers +200 g). Designed as a "go-kart" of the air: direct, energetic, and surprisingly versatile depending on how heavily you load it.

Loading is the lever that defines the wing's use case. At low loading the Tonic 2 still flies thermals and can stay up on a thermic day; loaded high it becomes a strong-wind soaring tool for cliffs and dunes. The XS is mini-wing only (EN C), while S and M cover both EN B (lower loading) and EN C (upper loading), so a single wing covers ground-handling, freestyle (wingovers, looping training), hike & fly, dune flying and strong-wind soaring just by changing how you size it. On the ground, the wing lays out in a tiny footprint, comes up cleanly with one tug on the lines, and develops lift quickly so launches happen in very few steps. In the air, control inputs and weight shift translate directly into bank — moderate, predictable reactions, but quicker than full-size paragliders, so pilots without mini-wing experience need to step up to it gradually. Brake pressure builds sharply right up to the stall, which gives precise speed control on landing approach. The trimmer riser is a notable feature for the class: it significantly extends the speed window when you need it. Construction balances dune-handling toughness with low weight for hike & fly. Skywalk's tech stack: JET FLAPS, Rigid Foil leading-edge wires, 3D-Shaping, mini-ribs, Shark Nose, the Automatic Sand Release System, plus sewn-in loops and hooks on the leading edge for pegging the canopy in tricky alpine terrain.
