Phi RONDO tweedehands

A high-aspect-ratio High-B tandem wing: 58 cells, mini ribs, aspect ratio 5.7, certified up to 240 kg with the big size still under 7 kg. New neoprene padding on the leading edge spreads the Nitinol rod pressure over a larger area and makes the nose much more abrasion-resistant, and the Nitinol keeps it form stable for easy packing and low stress. A new "double reef" brake system gives very low brake pressure while keeping full feedback and control. The internal structure is new and form stable, with diagonal fingers split into narrow strips with extra tapes to cut weight. Take-off is fast and clean: it inflates quickly, rises up well and lifts off easily. Development included a deep-spiral solution that keeps high agility without a stable deep spiral, so it handles well and stays easy in the spiral.
