Skywalk Tonka-2, paraglider and mini wing in very good condition. No tears, no damages, no repairs. NO clinics. In my opinion, this is the best glider ever created for light weight pilots. It served me as a regular glider for moderate and strong winds. The performance of Tonka-2 is amazing. Very fast and maneuverable. Easy to land on any spot of the hill. Flying Tonka-2, I could finally feel that I am moving in the air the same way as heavier pilots on their regular gliders and even faster and could go higher than them.
With a heavy heart, I decided to sell Tonka. because started to fly parakites and they are easier to manage on the ground. With Tonka, because of my light weight, I had some problems coming to the edge of the hill for launch in heavy traffic when other pilots on their speed wings are flying close to the edge. Don’t want to keep it and don’t fly much when it is still in great shape.
I examined and tested the glider myself and I think it is still in very good condition with great porosity. But the full inspection by a professional can be arranged, can discuss the expenses.
Always packed in concertina bag and kept at home most of the time. The lines are like new, didn’t replace any of them.
The weight of the glider is only 2.1kg. It is “D” certified, so not for beginners.
Could be a great regular glider for an experienced light weight pilot or for hike and fly.
