• All equipment is in excellent, safe operating condition with no significant defects.
• Will sell glider separate from Trike/Engine.
• All setup, user and maintenance manuals are available.
• I will happily discuss, in full honesty, how equipment was used and how it is in less than new factory condition. Pictures with explanations below.

Other items for sale
• Rexon RHP-530 FAA Radio with connection adapter- $150
• TYT TH-UV88 Ham Radio Handheld 2 Pack - $40

There are no significant defects in the equipment other than mild use. The only insignificant issue is that I had a tip-over on takeoff on one of my later flights which broke one of the plastic clips holding the trike reinforcement frame to the 1500 cage (which is larger than the standard cage). It has been replaced by a metal clip which is stronger than the original plastic clip. There are no bends in the cage.

Delivery: I will deliver within 200 miles of Cincinnati at no cost, within 400 miles for $200. Will ship beyond that at cost.

Why I really like PAP equipment.
I am a general aviation pilot with single engine land and glider ratings. I love to fly but I wanted a more intimate and visceral experience with the sky. So I took up PPG flying. But leaving the controlled aviation world where equipment has to meet strict guidelines for certification and maintenance, I was a bit concerned about flying with strings and nylon. I did a lot of research, and PAP was a bit more expensive, but their attention to detail and workmanship is outstanding. Little things like lots of pockets, comfortable seat, quality stitching, polished stainless steel, and low attachment points provide a safe, responsive, comfortable and safe flight. Hanging in the air with less than great equipment was not for me.

I was 70 years old when I started PPG flying, so I chose to use wheels instead of foot launching. Even though a majority of fliers are foot launchers, I do not regret going with wheels. First of all, no face plants on take-offs and landings; a huge safety consideration if you are over weight, have bad knees or are older and less agile. The second is you can take off and land with zero wind, even at high altitude, where a foot launcher can’t.

Another feature I really like, having come from flying sail planes, is the quiet when you turn the engine off. That is why I got the dual starter with on-throttle kill/start buttons. I like to climb to 3,000 feet and turn the engine off and just glide peacefully with confidence I can restart the engine with no hassle.
