Gin Bonanza 3
について Gin Bonanza 3
The Gin Bonanza 3 is the wing that brought Gin's Wave Leading Edge — the humpback-whale-tubercle profile developed in the GIN LAB wind tunnel with Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology — into the EN C sports class. 65 cells, 6.3 flat aspect ratio, five sizes, EN C certified. It is a 2-liner with rear-riser steering, aimed at experienced sport pilots stepping up into 2-line technology.
The Wave Leading Edge pays off most clearly at high angles of attack: the separation point is delayed, which gives more low-speed control authority and a real edge in the climb. The wing turns intuitively on inside brake alone — no special technique needed — and the shape will sniff out lifty lines on its own, with most pilot input coming through gentle rear-riser guidance rather than active brake work. On glides, the wing cuts through turbulence cleanly and takes lift well; as a 2-liner it is also efficient at full bar. High spanwise tension makes it more collapse-resistant than the Bonanza 2, especially under accelerated flight, and the solid feel gives clean information about the air without becoming jumpy in turbulence — useful for following small or elusive cores.
強み
- Wave Leading Edge — measurably better high-AoA behavior, climb authority and stall progression
- More collapse-resistant on bar than the Bonanza 2 thanks to higher spanwise tension
- Turns cleanly on inside brake alone — no two-handed thermalling technique needed
- Reads thermals on its own with light rear-riser input — low pilot workload for a sport-class wing
- Five-size lineup with clearly defined ideal-weight band per size
