Ozone Submarine

The Ozone Submarine is a no-compromise racing pod harness — five years of development, wind-tunnel work, and a long beta phase with top PWC pilots, refined into the dominant competition harness on the circuit. Certified EN 1651:2018 to 120 kg total. Naming convention is unusual: "V1.5" means the original Submarine structure paired with the fifth-generation envelope.

Aerodynamics come from the optimised tail profile, which also gives noticeable yaw stability at high speed. The signature feature is the magnetic hands-free pod closure — airtight, easy to operate, and a real safety upgrade on take-off, landing, and low saves where you do not want to be fighting a zipper. Inner tail structure was redesigned so the tail does not block the pilot's view in stalls or back-flying. The upper body uses a double-slider zip; reserve compartment in V1.5 has a longer zipper for cleaner extraction, and the rescue closing system was revised to lower the chance of inadvertent opening. Side pockets are large, instruments sit behind a big magnetic slot for direct access. Thermal comfort inside the pod is excellent, which matters on long flights. Built around an interchangeable component philosophy — seats, envelope, back bars, cockpit, foot plate, foam and many other parts are all available individually as spares or for tuning fit and storage volume (Exoceat cockpit, additional 2 L front cockpit, anti-G chute capable).
