Excellent first paramotor for the new big & tall pilot. I am 6'4" and 270 lbs and have lovingly cared for this beast over 120 flights and 130 hours in the air on a 31m MacPara Charger.
Rugged, forgiving of mistakes, inexpensive to repair, so great for a new pilot. This is your first 1-2 year rig.
- Vittorazi Moster 185 with a 2.87 reduction for more torque & thrust; Fully rebuilt late 2022
- 130cm Helix Carbon Fiber Prop + 2 bonus 130cm wood props
- Skycruiser Fixed J-Bar Frame - much better for thicker pilots
- Apco Universal Harness, XL
- 4.5 gallon (17 liter) fuel tank
- Vortex Aero exhaust (upgrade)
- Muffler only has about 50 hours, replaced late 2021
MOTOR: 140 engine hours, fully rebuilt in the Fall of 2022 with a new crankshaft and the full 150 hour Vittorazi recommended overhaul list: cylinder, head, bearings, etc. Professionally Rebuilt and overhauled by ParaFlightNC.com instructor and mechanic Brian Goff. Lovingly fed a diet of non-ethanol premium US 93 Octane gas & Seafoam with AMSOIL SABER 50:1. Started first pull after 2 months of terrible flying conditions over the 2021-2022 winter.
FRAME: Can be easily mounted to any of Skycruiser's trikes and quads. Net is easily and quickly replaced, no rivets, just velcro. The fixed J-bars are actually great for new pilots -- you don't even have to think about weight shift. I prefer it over weight shift, as most weight shift frames are too narrow and dig into my ribs.
HARNESS: I've found the Apco Universal XL to be very comfortable, more than the Dudek Powerseat Comfort which I now own. The J-bars are wider, excellent if you are a bit wider.
UPGRADES: Upgraded exhaust in September 2021 with the Vortex Aero exhaust with thicker walls to avoid the dreaded Vittorazi muffler crack!
I love this thing! It has enough thrust to get my dense self into the air, and its reliability has been amazing. I really want to put it in the hands of a new pilot and share the joy of PPG flight!
Comes with two bonus 130cm wood props, extra gas tank, OEM Vittorazi belt adjustment wrench, spare belt drive, extra prop bolts.
