BGD Snug

The BGD Snug is BGD's recreational seat harness — three sizes covering 150–200 cm pilot height, weights from 3.2 to 3.5 kg, EN/LTF certified. Built around a semi-cross-brace structure, the EASY EXIT reserve deployment system, and a smooth aerodynamic outer shape, with 18 cm of foam back protection.

Positioning is deliberate: a stripped-down EN-certified harness that focuses on doing the recreational job well rather than packing every feature into the package. The semi-cross-brace system gives reliable in-flight stability without the bulk of a full cross-brace, the smooth aerodynamic shape cuts a respectable amount of drag for the class, and the 18 cm foam protector covers the back without going to the size or weight of a pod-class protector. The EASY EXIT reserve deployment system simplifies one of the harness operations beginners get most wrong. Available in fresh colour schemes — visibility plus identification on busy training sites and in flying groups.
