ITV PIPER 18 m2 in excellent condition neat with 40 hours max. For experienced pilots only.
(A versatile high performance wing aimed at experienced PPG pilots looking for speed, precision and efficiency while maintaining a high level of passive safety.
PIPER is a combination of new technologies and ITV expertise. The lightweight shark nose and diagonal reinforcing ribs give it an excellent level of resistance against collapsing in turbulent air. The PIPER is a glider with a comfortable feel in all flying conditions. The use of different materials, mainly a lighter fabric in the intrados, allows the pilot to easily inflate and handle the glider.
A perfectly smooth top surface, combined with our new FULL REFLEX profile that runs the entire length of the wing, give the PIPER excellent glide that is maintained in all usable air masses. The advantages of PIPER are reflected in significantly reduced fuel consumption.
Its impressive rev range remains fully exploitable in all conditions, while it has a consistently valuable degree of passive safety. The maximum airspeed will allow pilots to compete with and against the best wings in classic races.
Improvements made to the fracture system give the PIPER a highly efficient TST. Special attention was paid to the lifters. An alternating stroke clamping system allows simultaneous use of the cutters and throttle with great ease. To avoid turning the lift system into a complex design, we looked at streamlining the entire layout (less is more) so you can get the most out of your flights while benefiting from the latest technological advances.
From recreational to racing adventures, the PIPER will delight pilots looking for long-haul flights as well as those who love local adventures or slalom flights. With a racing and sporty look, the PIPER is available in three basic colors.
Without compromise at any level, the best available materials were selected and used to assemble the PIPER. The fabrics are by Dominico and the fully upholstered ranges are by Elderid.
