Gradient harness with carry rucksack.(I have put M in the size but could be large also).
Back and bum protector.
Wooden seat with protective cushion/cover.
2 x carabiners.
Speed bar.
Reserve parachute container and handle.
Foot stirrup.
I am flying this harness, it is comfortable and offers good all round protection.Has zipped pockets all working. A huge amount of space behind pilot for storage.
Has small hole on outer material, doesn't affect harness.
